★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication, use of the app to track parcels is never updated. I phone 3 times in one day because staff rudely hung up on me and I still wasn’t told where my package was, and don’t know where it is. Failed to deliver it on 2 occasions now and I’m pretty annoyed. Sort it out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a rubbish service. I have received a parcel which is not mine and the address on the parcel is not mine and it's nowhere near my house. I've tried to contact courier post to let them know but it's impossible to actually speak to an actual person it's just an automated system. Guess I'll have to do their job for them and deliver it myself.

Unfortunately there is no chance of direct contact anymore and some robot people are answering the phone after 57minutes.
I was able to get in touch with the team in Invercargill directly and have the confirmation of my parcel waiting there in the depot, ready for delivery.
NOW there is no way. Robot people only function with tracking numbers, sorry I can not help without the number..
Guess the parcel needs to travel back around the world.
What a waste of time, money and fossil fuels.
Congratulations on a brilliant new system.
Maybe some Pigeons would be easier to deal with.
