★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an old building that used to have water for the city in it, now closed and no longer operating due to water damage, now a beautiful landmark at the heart of a city and an amazing photo opertunntiy at night. At night this landmark is beautiful due to it's orange coloured lights.
