We had initially engaged Iron Bridge Property to organise a rental management facility for a new build in Rolleston. Without doubt, this is one of the most sincere company's we've dealt with and I cant speak highly enough of the staff and the processes they apply to create such a positive experience.

Louise is not only extremely professional, she facilitated the whole process so it was very easy and I just felt I was in very capable hands from go to whoa. A skilful negotiator, I also believe she obtained the best price for my property. With a smile that lights up any room, who else better to sell your house for you! We had a long great conversation while viewing the property. She was great at explaining everything we needed to know about the property and how it can fit our family’s needs. She asked questions about our family and was very genuine. She explained to us in details how to apply for the property. Fortunately for me, the Iron Bridge Team have been exceptional. A personal thanks to Sophie Jacobs - text communication has been rapid, helpful and friendly! A thanks to Donna Taylor who filled in for the property viewing at short notice and was friendly, professional and down to earth - great chat about being "westies" of Auckland and suggested other options as B plans in case I was interested.
