β β β β β 3 months and several emails later - we still do not have our certificate of destruction for our office products. Deepa's mobile is now disconneced, their website does not work and nobody is answering the office phone number - no voicemail. Would NOT recommend.

β β β β β I wrote an article for Good Magazine a few years ago on electronic waste. I have also used IT Recycle several times since then, including in October 2019. IT Recycle are a very dedicated team who seem to never not be working! They do a great service to the community in a very tough job that most of us would not be prepared to do, are easy to deal with, conveniently located and consistently my first choice. Also have an after-hours drop-off for some items. May take a few rings to answer their phone because they are busy but don't hang up :) Two thumbs up!

β β β β β Didn't call ahead but just dropped in and they were happy to take my old laptop. Was told that TV and printer recycling would attract a charge. Can't vouch for the integrity of the recycling process but no complaints
