★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my bouquet to an exceptional florist. Yesterday I needed to arrange for a small but special bouquet to be arranged and delivered. i was totally astounded at the service I received. Steph sent me photos of what she suggested for me , to look at & confirm if these would work. She went way beyond my expectations and immense care had been put into the choice of flowers and how they would look when delivered. Delivery was made very quickly and I received a text message to advise delivery had been made and the reaction of the recipients. I have NEVER had such joy before and considering that this was no million dollar order I cannot thank nor praise Steh's service highly enough. I have have previously ordered flowers and found what was delivered was not what I had expected. If you are out of town or nearby, I have no hesitation in recommending Ivy Lane as your "go to" florist and I wish Ivy Lane the very best in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Ivy Lane's services for our wedding and were left disappointed, and feeling ripped off after she missed key parts of our order then didn't contact us after she realized her error. My wife and I strongly recommend you look at other florists in Taranaki.
First of all, the flowers Ivy Lane did provide were lovely, and everyone commented on the archway arrangement. The bridesmaids loved their bouquets and my wife loved her bouquet. Unfortunately this is overshadowed to us by the fact Steph showed up late didn't introduce herself until our MC told me who she was. She appeared rushed - Then left without confirming the order with myself or anyone who was organizing our wedding and as a result she missed and forgot a few key items:
The button hole flowers we had paid for the Groom, Groomsmen and fathers - Were all not supplied.
She had included our Bridal table for free in our quote however this was missed as well.
It took us contacting her days AFTER the fact to tell us she had accidentally left these in the back of her car and her son found them. Their was no offer of refund or supplying these after the fact...
We approached Steph for a refund on the button holes that were missing and she agreed to refund us in person however it took her over 2 weeks of which we were then partial refunded then she disputed what she supplied to us vs what we actually received.
We gave up fighting when clearly we were getting nowhere - This did not ruin our wedding by any means... But leaves us with a sour taste in our mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my Wife's birthday she wanted a dried replica of her Bouquet (which Ivy Lane also did an amazing job on a few years ago). Wanted something a bit outside of the box. The result was an awesome wall piece which has made an amazing addition to our home and is something that will continue to provide positive memories from our wedding day.
