β β β β β I attended a weekly course here in the evening and done nights it was impossible to hear the speaker due to the traffic noise and rally bad acoustics. As it's a community centre run by council you need to provide your own milk, coffee, food. Cutlery was non existent. Cups needed to be washed before use. Tricky to work out how to use the zip with no instructions. Not the best place for a course but could be good for performances.

β β β β β As a hire venue it has what you need, but the acoustics are not so good and echo a lot, making sound management tricky, and the wooden dividing doors by the kitchen do not roll as they once did, so the space cannot be segmented off. Expect to hear noise from the kitchen if you have a crew cleaning or preparing food. Limited parking out the back and front. Lighting is poor both inside and out.

β β β β β I think the place is great for small group up to 25 people though it can easily accommodate close to 50 people. Has all the facilities same as other community hall provided by Auckland council. Fewer parking otherwise it is good in term of location as it is just 5 minutes walk from Greenlane train station and next to Great South road.
