★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the mannerism of the owner, Trevor Mortimore.
When I walked into the premises, I asked if he could take a look at the radiator in my car.
His reply was "I'm kind of busy right now"
I said "It will only take a couple of minutes"
His reply "Whats wrong with it"
Daaahh... That's why I brought it to him, If I knew what was wrong with it,
I would never have gone to him.
He reluctantly looked at the radiator and gave a verbal quote. All the way through he seemed kind of abrupt, like I was holding him up.
When I told him how old I thought the radiator was, he snapped
"No, that's not right, Its way older than that, I know these things"
Well, Trevor may know all about radiators, but he knows nothing about
PR skills.
His quote ended up to be the most expensive in town (out of 6 quotes)
so I went elsewhere and will never return.

Went to see this guy - super service! quick efficient and friendly - saw me straight away and instead of over charging (like most mechanics would) he advised I replace the radiator cap first as he couldn't find any fault other other than the cap was worn out. GREAT SERVICE and HONEST :)
