Their response to my accidental house flood was prompt, the technician was courteous and explained what the process was to dry out flooring and coverings. They are well-organised and desk staff always called to confirm the next visit for what was a lengthy process. Another tech even travelled from PN to check the moisture sensors on a Sunday! They have been a great Company to do business with.
