★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Jae Whangerei after one of our dogs got caught short..... on our carpet!!!! Arghhh....Jae answered the phone straight away and they were so friendly and obliging. The guy who came out was prompt, friendly and took care of everything in super fast time. I thoroughly recommend them

My father had just got out of hospital and flooded his kitchen he was so distraught about the whole ordeal & having to pay for it himself. Jae were so kind and generous to take that worry away from my dad. I highly recommend them they are truly a blessing in the Whangarei community. Thank you Cody

We have used them for years now and never been let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for the earliest appointment and waited a full week. The day before my appointment Jae called and told me that they had received a big commercial job and couldn’t do both it and my job… could they please rebook my appointment. Knowing businesses have been suffering recently I stepped aside and let them rebook my appointment for the next day at 8.30. To my astonishment I then got another phone call at 8.00, thirty mins before the second appointment, and was told that they didn’t have enough techs to do my job! Poor form Jae!

Better still, when their day's workload caused a slight delay in his planned arrival, Helen called me, *way beforehand*, to let me know!
