★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not expect any help or contact from the "support" team.I have not had any response to phone calls mad as email sent. My advice: choose a machine that has an active support desk and buy that one instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service seems to be an unknown concept to this company. My new Janome broke down after 6 weeks. I had no response to my phone call or emails as to what was happening re repairs to my machine. After 9 weeks I resorted to “going up the chain”- contacting Australia to get them to get some information from the NZ branch.
Janome make great machines- but so do other companies and they do give customer service.
