★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A number of months ago my sister was making her way to Westport from Wellington when her car broke down. Even though it was knocking on home time for the Jim's Automotive crew they did everything to help my sister including going out to rescue her on the side of the road and get her car to the workshop, they even dropped her to a hostile for the night! The car was fixed early the next morning and off she went on her way! Thank you Jim's Automotive for your assistance and prompt, workmanship! Your awesome customer service and enthusiasm to help my sister is something we greatly appreciate! I highly recommend Jim's Automotive for all of your vehicle needs, big or small! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my vehicle in with an oil leak hundreds of dollars later was returned to me still with an oil leak unfixed and a sheet of paper telling me where the oil was coming from... very unimpressed. Will not be returning. Off to another mechanic who does more than look.
