★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude and Un professional Showed him the temporary vaccine exemption pass that was provided by the Ministry of health(MOH). He didn't want to accept the exemption pass. He made an assumption stated that haven't been making effort to to get my pass and called me "lazy"... even though he read the exemption that clearly says I have made effort to apply for the pass but the MOH doesn't have the time to process it yet..
Went to another place they happily accepted the exemption pass!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member that attended to us was condescending and rude. Not sure why because we were being perfectly polite, just that we were beginners. The only thing they’ve got going for them is the relatively cheap prices. Won’t be going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, I did not bring a mask and wanted to ask how busy it was before buying one from the facility. Server was very rude and talked over when I was trying to explain. Will never be back needs to get new staff that know good customer service! 24 years in the industry definitely hasn’t learnt a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate no stars I would. This place is has to be the worst place I have ever visited. The two staff members on night shift is the most rudest people I have ever come across. I would definitely never recommend anyone to visit here. Me and my family ARE exempt from wearing face masks, due to medical reasons and the staff here made us feel so uncomfortable and so unwelcome. Also BOTH staff members were so rude to my kids who are UNDER 12 and they wanted proof as to why they were not wearing masks. I understand regulations the government have put into place for mask wearing in Retail Stores but this company are very disruptive about this situation. Not just the mask situation, just the customer service itself was disgusting. Also got told (in a very nasty tone) where we are to exit when all we tried to do was return our golf clubs back to the right place. I regret spending my money here to pay wages of such nasty people. Please take into consideration of training your staff basic customer service skills, as it is very much needed. If it wasn’t for my kids wanting to experience a driving range, I would have never stayed, let alone paid anything.
