★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship. They Told me the car was really to pick up. Then 2weeks later, called me that my car still needs a clean coat on!! What kind of readly is that?? ? Also broken my boot storage door. On top of that they took my child carseat out, and then put it back on in the wrong way. How dangerous is that !!if we didn't find out, I don't want to imagine what could happen!!!
Be aware!! ! Although they have the big sign that said they are TOWER insurance approved repair, BUT they are not!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good and the bad. The good thing is they really give quality service and I have never been disappointed by the end result. They are true to their word and deliver the day they state.
Bad side, they are good at what they do ! Meaning they are in high demand...but well worth the wait. Would recommend them any day, never use anyone else actually.

Customer service is efficient and friendly and the standard of work is very high.
Absolutely no hassle whatsoever with insurance claims, Debbie in the office makes it simple and easy to do.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my repairs, John Neal Panelbeaters tick all the boxes from start to finish and I even received a free valet service on my car today!
Most definitely a 5 star experience, they all made me feel better after the stress of having my vehicle damaged.
