★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour , arrogant and this guys have no sense how to dealt with customers I take my car for Insurance repair and this guys talked me that you have to wait 2 month and after that we repair your car and same issue happened with friend he has an aa insurance he put his car for repair in John Newtown panel and paint so Aa communicator Told him that your car is gonna repair in 2 weeks and and when he called to John Newtown this guys told him that it tools more than 2 month so and after that I went other car repairs and he repair my car within 2 weeks.
Don't waste your time and don't put your car for any insurance repair at John Newtown

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly recommend this place easily to anyone that needs panel and paint jobs. Top service, top quality and all round outstanding place. They said it would take 2 days to do my Nissan X-Trail, and it did take exactly 2 days. My suv looks brand new again! Thankyou so much!!

Took the car in to get the doors fixed as we got hit into, come back to a clean car inside and out, perfect doors and they even got our engine light off as previous mechanic where we got a WOF didn’t do anything with it. Feel so embarrassed that they cleaned my pig sty car (so sorry about that team) AND a bonus, they found my debit card and partners license in the mess! Thank you so much guys for cleaning it and doing an awesome job of fixing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really quality work and they cleaned our vehicle inside and out after they completed the work. However, the customer service was a really big let down. It took months for us even to get the part fitted. I understand that covid played a big part in shipping issues, but we were never once called to say that the job would take a while. I had to call to get any information and I was told on 5 separate occasions that I would be called back but never would receive the call.
