โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed in service! Bought several pairs of prescription glasses there. Recently took my sun glasses in there to have a screw put in. Said they couldn't fix it.
Specsavers fixed it in 5 minutes.
Should have gone to Specsavers!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Usually not one to write a review but these guys were amazing! Service was exceptional! Spoke to Colin over the phone when booking my appointment and he was SUPER HELPFUL! Went along to my appointment today with Kevin and he too was great. Definitely recommend!!!!!! Will make this my go-to place for all things optometry!

Recently my glasses nose pad broke and they quickly fixed it for me !!

โ โ โ โ โ Glasses overpriced. Found the exact pairs on AliExpress. Rip off low quality lenses and exploit for price. The branded ones I inspected in store compared to my authentic pairs felt very flimsy and budget. Suspect these could potentially be counterfeits which is illegal to sell in stores and brings shame to the NZ community.
