β β β β β Such a shame. This used to be such a great pharmacy. Terrible customer service when it comes to backing up the product they sell. Quite happy to blame the customer for damage to shoddy product. Steer clear.

β β β β β The English shop assistant was very offhand with me when I inquired about sun tan lotions.
As there was no other customers in the shop it was just rudeness. Suggest re education on customer service for this worker.

β β β β β Lovely service but the Konk product now seems rubbish, canister stops working even bought a second One which stopped working too. Yes replaced batteries so that wasnβt the cause. Hope they review the product

β β β β β They definitely deserve a positive review! They have been taking care of my 'high maintenance' family since my son was diagnosed 9 years ago. Always helpful and empathetic even when we forget to place a repeat order on time or have our script ready. Great team and even though they are not our closest chemist we will happily drive across town each time.

β β β β β Quick price comparison between two items between here and Chemist Warehouse, 250ml Foradex and 100 Vapo Steam, 29.99+25.00=55.00. CW 21.99+15.00=36.00 that 35% more expensive and the items at CW were not even on sale. Nice mark up! Poo value for money.
