On explaining the issue he firstly recommended us to another provider that might be a better fit, rather than just taking our business. He then was flexible around tenants and happy to do the job quickly, arriving on time with great communication. We were really impressed by the standard of work, as our wall is stippled with rough edging and he matched this perfectly. The smooth plastering was done so nicely we didn't even sand it. Highly recommend and happy to provide a personal reference for future clients of his. Thank you John!
