โ โ โ โ โ I had followed up all day to find whn the technician will arrive.. Got given different answer whn I called you.. Anyways they turn up to the property after 7pm when was told this will come between 10-12 am... They didn't finish the job until around 9pm ish.. Not happy with the service definitely won't use this company again....

โ โ โ โ โ We have used Jones Services a few times now, we have found them to be thoroughly professional and provide sound advice regarding repairs. While they are not the cheapest out there, as they say you get what you pay for and I feel the quality of workmanship + good advice and recommendations are well worth it.
Jones repaired our Smeg Oven (element + thermostat) and Smeg Dishwasher (control board).

โ โ โ โ โ Miele dishwasher had been out of order for over 6 months now. We were given a quote by Able Appliances to replace parts that will cost $2700.00 and new dishwasher will not arrive till Jan 2022.Rung Jones Services and the lovely Brett popped in and fixed my dishwasher in half an hour! cost me less than $200.00!Amazing service and they know what they are doing. Definitely be going back to Jones for other repair work. Highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Have been waiting for a repair since October last year, keep getting told a part is coming. Unanswered emails, fob offs. Unfortunately this unprofessional crowd are the only smeg agents so will never buy smeg again because of this experience. Before you come back and blame the pandemic, it was four months ago, you cannot tell me air freight was not possible.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service from Jones Services, technician Joseph a pleasure to deal with, great manner, ordered parts quickly and repaired our oven as soon as parts arrived. He explained exactly what was required for repair. Communication with Jones Services great, kept us informed all the way through. My wife and I would use this company again. Recommend.
