β β β β β After moving house every muscle ached. Jo has a unique ability to be able to identify the "troublesome areas" and work to relieve tightness and pain. She has great knowledge of the body, spends time finding out what the client wants and absolutely delivers in a warm and inviting space - even to a choice of massage balm. Highly recommend

β β β β β Jo is an excellent masseuse who really knows her stuff. She can work on your trouble spots with expertise and was really good at asking for feedback on pressure etc. I will definitely rebook and highly recommend to others.

β β β β β Loved my sports massage with Jo! The room was lovely and warm and she took the time to determine the areas that needed particular attention, progressively checking throughout to make sure the pressure was firm enough which was great. She certainly identified all the tight, sore spots in my back and neck which have been causing pain for quite a while, I felt so much better afterwards. Highly recommend Jo, I can't wait to go back and my partner is now booking in for a massage too.

β β β β β Jo is exceptional at sports massage and is an expert with muscular issues. She has been able to help me quickly regain movement with a painful frozen shoulder, even after the first session I had significant improvement. Equally you can enjoy a really great massage in a spa environment at her studio if you are just wanting to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!
