TRAFFIC LIGHTS - ORANGE: I've decided to stay with the 'Vaccine Pass Required' protocol. I want to say that I respect the decisions individuals make on this, and I really don't like the idea of excluding people. However, in the interests of safety for current clients who live with immuno-suppressed family members, I will need to see your vaccine pass prior to your first session.

We start a new 10-week exercise program in July, with a mix of times and venues - hopefully enough choices to suit everyone.
Timetable 11th Julu-17th September:
Mondays: 1:30pm, Kilbirnie Park (note - not Easter Monday!)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00am, Kilbirnie & Lyall Bay Community Centre, 56-58 Bay Road, Kilbirnie
Wednesdays: 6:00pm, Lyall Bay School Hall, Freyberg Street, Lyall Bay
Saturdays: 8:00am, Kilbirnie Park
COST: $100 for as many sessions as you like over the 10 weeks! But if you can only make occasional sessions, or only once a week, its $5 per session. Cost shouldn't be a barrier to exercise, so please talk to me if you need a discount. FIRST SESSION FREE - come and try us out!
