★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went in with lovely luscious hair and came out with an ugly dead trim that makes him look like he just got out of prison. He came home from crying saying that kids were bullying him calling prison break, I AM INFURIATED AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO JUST CUTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel was so rude,I went there for a hairwash it was 4:30 and they supposed to close the service at 5:30 but they behave like she don’t want to serve me just bcz i came before one hour of closing,So disappointing…They got different prices for different customers,Guy there was so helpful but he was new so he was not able to do anything.She was the senior stylist (Justice cut Paraparaumu)there but Rachel was soooo rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing! Aroha was brilliant and did a great job on my hair haha I would go as far as saying it's the best haircut I've had. The app was easy to use and made it easy to book an appointment. Our hole family will be using them from now on. The place was well cleaned and the whole experience was brilliant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Really friendly staff. Took myself, teenager and six year old. The kids got exactly what they asked for. A treatment, head massage and cut which teenager loved, six year old loved the tablet and his hair and a super happy mum here with her cut. Best in very long time! I have super long and thick hair that never works.
