Everyone who worked in management and on site was competent, pleasant and considerate. We were also impressed by the speed at which the project was completed and are very pleased with the overall appearance of the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 months ago I paid $13,000 to have my drive excavated, 100mm of hardcore compacted, then 100mm of concrete poured over a stabilizing steel mesh. Now a corner of the drive has cracked. I rang Karl Benson to complain that the mesh, excavation and hardcore was supposed to prevent such damage especially as the area is virtually level and the surrounding ground had been stable and undisturbed for at least 60 years. Karl was dismissive and claimed that it was soil movement and not his concern. I have heard nothing since. I could not recommend this company in light of my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KB Contracting resurfaced pathways after drainage replacement, and an area of driveway that had broken up. Although the jobs could be considered "small" for this trade, KB did a top notch job; professional and thorough, right from the presentation of the quote to the final tidy up. I (and the other owners of the units in the block) would highly recommend them and we would employ them for other jobs without hesitation.
