It took months to find a suitable motor but the combination of communication and listening to my needs resulted in a job well done.
K M Motors now will have my custom for life.

We had a breakdown so this company picked up my Ute and horse float. As we arrived at our destination the driver, who was towing my float with the truck with my Ute on, jack knifed my float causing major damage and lifting my float off it’s wheels.
We took the float in to be fixed by them a week later and then a week after that we picked it up only to find out that it hadn’t been fixed properly. The door was majorly bent and the manager told us that it had been like that for years (how would he know?!) and that we are lying (We weren’t! How rude!!) He also deleted the evidence from the footage off the truck, as we were trying to explain that the impact caused the door to bent. He decided he didn’t want to argue anymore so agreed to fix it but after that we aren’t allowed back. This experience has been so draining. We live 1 hour away so the trips into town cost $ and our time being away from home.. in total we did an extra 4 trips there, so 8 hours of going there and back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are looking after my baby (car) at the moment really helpful , communicate with me via email and keep me up-to-date with the progress of the jobs. Kishore and Matt are really polite and straight forward mechanics. They pointed out what I needed to get done to my car and found solutions for the problems.
There are really helpful, anything that I needed done they emailed me and asked me for my go head first before starting the job. My car has been with them since Dec 2019 and mid year now they still taking good care of my car and fixing it.
Really understand with payments, if you pay on time and in full you get a quality job done.

Went there with overheating problem and they tested lot of things but not the thermostat - which can be tested in five minutes by putting it in hot water. Payed almost 100 bucks for telling me we don't know what is wrong, if you want fix it leave the car here for two days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We broke down xmas day. This place had a tow service and towed the car to its workshop for us. Super easy to deal with and went the extra mile for us as we had rented a car to get home to Auckland so they had to go to the hotel reception for the keys. They made time to repair it once they opened, and communicated every step of the way. Price was reasonable too! Thank you for helping us out.
