★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am delighted to see that the Kaipara District Council has advertised for a Building Technical Support Officer.
Hopefully this may improve what we have discovered is a frustrating, incompetent and extremely expensive building process.
The process has been outsourced to the South Island. We were asked for snow loading requirements among other irrelevant details.
I would like to have posted without any stars but there is a 0ne star requirement on this site.
This has increased costs with our architect, engineer and resource consent fees.
