How do you make a formal complaint about Kam Talent. Absolutely appalling by the management team. Especially from Chelsea and Olivia... PART 2: 19/01/2021 THIS IS MY RESPONSE FOR YOUR REPLY... First of all, wrong person ma'am... you spoke to my mother, who was frustrated because her contract was terminated in mid texting. Now need I SAY AGAIN, YOUR COMPANY HAS SHOWN UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR INSTEAD OF TALKING ABOUT IT. You just aired to everyone that I was terminated??? Now how embarrassing is that. I did not give specific information exchanged between the both of us. So now I shall speak of the events that have taken place as to why we were terminated. NOT TO MENTION, I tried to speak with the Director of Kam Talent, Kim Tien and all she did was say "I'm too busy" yet all 3 of you (Chelsea, Liv and Kim) were together. I ended up speaking to Chelsea on Kim's phone. Chelsea, both Kim and Liv did not try to resolve the issue, instead the both of them pushed the problem to YOU. I feel sorry for you Chelsea, your team left it up to you to respond with the ultimatum. My mums contract was terminated because she was lost in The North Shore 3am in the morning and she tried looking for the location for 2 hours and failed. She almost ran out of petrol and had no choice but to return here to West Auckland. There was no consideration, there was no empathy for my mum. Instead Liv believed my mum wanted to go for a joyride in the North Shore and purposely miss the one project shes been waiting for, for almost a year. Liv was contacted between 4:30-6am by my mum, a total of 6 calls were made directly to her, regarding the directions but no answer. My mum stopped into a total of 4 petrol stations to ask for directions... 3/4 forecourt attendees did not know the directions of the location given by Kam Talent. My mum was absolutely lost. There were roadworks and detours that too her away from the path to find the location. Liv has no solutions, her attitude stinks tbh and she is a difficult person to communicate with. Perhaps she should take some communication skills courses. She might learn some mannerisms. Now after this terrible experience, We have accepted the way things have turned out to be and have no means to reconcile our contracts. We plan to excel from this experience and continue with another Talent agency. Their recommendations are exceptional. Goodbye Chelsea, you were the only one who tried to help but I bet your position was difficult. You dont deserve to be treated that way by your fellow colleagues. 2021 new year.

Worst talent agent in Auckland They lie to their workers about extra work and their communication is non valued Slave labour not worth your human being life and our rights Poor quality poor value for money not very professional and wasted my time energy money and they treat you like a animal Do not trust these people agency is a waste of time

Really great experience. We were immediately put at ease with some great quips from the affable Wayne. Having no idea of what to expect, we walked out with big smiles on our dials and a good understanding of how it works to be on an agency list.

Did some work through Kam work back in the day 2009 was very fun and straight forward. Joined with them again and they're really responsive, helpful and a great company to chose if you're keen to get into the industry.

So far so good with KAM Talent. I went today for the sign up process and must say I really enoyed meeting Mackensie and going through the contract, the general information needed and even taking the photos needed was easy. Once home there was a follow up email waiting for me riterating all we had talked about in very easy clear and concise language. Very professional, very impressed. Bring it on !!!

So much fun and my children absolutely love it working in different shows highly reccomend
