When I walked into the store, there is no greeting even though I said hello firstly, ‘you are not welcomed’ was written all over the staff’s face. I would totally never walk in that store again myself and I will suggest my friends not to go to either!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for assistance with jewellery as one of my beloved earring has snapped. I was hoping to buy a new set if possible however, shop assistance was super unfriendly and unhelpful. What a shame because I really like the brand but the customer service is so poor. I will be shopping at other brands now.

I had a sizing issue and was blown away by the kindness, humility and professionalism Taylor took in handling my issue which was resolved quickly.
