★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont like doing bad reviews but it's come to the point where I have to. I thought the price was great, but sadly it reflected alot in her work, it was for my wedding and she showed up wearing too casual clothes for a wedding photographer, but apart from that she seemed really good to begin with, adjusted my dress etc, but my photos ended up too dark then over exposed as she didn't change her settings between indoor and outdoor, the photos with my husband look awkward and stiff, and mostly the same pose over and over with little variation. The previews looked alright but she picked some of the better ones. It ended up taking lots of emails and months longer than she said to get my photos back. My parents even physically tracked her down. Though she apologized and offered to send my a complementary print, I've never received it and dont recall hearing from her since. I also don't have any photos from the second photographer, whom I have no contact details for. I hope that this gets to her so she can improve on her communication, It would be great to get the rest of the photos. I've now been married 1.5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with many photographers over the years but Karissa has hands down been the best experience. She was so easy to talk to, did amazing work, and made the whole experience so much fun! I never leave reviews, but she deserves me taking the time, because there's so many photographers out there that charge so much but don't give customer service or don't genuinely care. She made us all feel comfortable and happy and that shone through our photos. Thanks again!! Will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS CON ARTIST !!!!!! She has ripped off my mate $300 no photos no refund no contact! Scum of the earth! I put a review on her Facebook page to and sadly I have had a number of people reach out to me with similar stories!
Disgusting - anyone with any info on her please reach out to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karissa’s website talks about her caring for her clients and customer service. My experience could not have been further from the truth. We had worked tirelessly for 4 days to get our house ready to be photographed. Karissa confirmed she would be at my house to photograph the house the next morning. She simply didn’t turn up. I called repeatedly but she didn’t answer and had no answering machine. She later sent an email saying she was delayed and kept us waiting around for hours. I sent her two more emails saying I’d rather she came late than not at all. She didn’t appear or respond. Her actions showed an unbelievable lack professionalism and common courtesy. Beware.
