★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Katherine over the past 2+ years and have only good things to say. I've seen Katherine for advice on fasting, pre-conception, menstruation, fatigue and trouble sleeping. She's so knowledgeable and base her guidance on peer-reviewed research, which makes me feel confident I'm getting sound advice - and it works! She is also really good at addressing the complexity of issues (like how they are connected). I now usually go see Katherine before my GP, because I know she can usually help with the issue or advice me on how I can get most out of my visit with the GP.
