★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got takeaway from here tonight.. Not only were the two gentlemen polite, friendly nd accommodating but the food was extremely delicious ?.. I will %100 be going back there to try more of their food, absolutely 10/10!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought here for the first time. Would not go back, ever. Rice dish portion sizes definitely not bang for buck. Chicken to rice ratio in the rice dish could be altered. I found myself trying to spread the chicken across lots of rice. I ordered, was told it would take 15 minutes,I was there in that long. My kebab was soggy and the chips were cold and tasted like they were made 2 hours before. The rice dish came with salad, but was in two separate containers which made takeaway eating quite awkward. They gifted me a complimentary little rice for my 2 year old son which was kind, however the bits of chicken in it were real hard so he couldn't eat it anyway. The staff was friendly, whatever that's worth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get dinner rather late after my sons late shift at work. Most takeaways are closed by 9.30pm. Kebab Serai was open and take orders till 9.30pm which is a huge bonus. The meals were really great tasting, excellent value and promptly prepared. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be one of my top kebab takeaway spots...but taste, portion has gone downhill...wraps are soggy, loosely wrapped.. everything drips and falls away.....meat is absolutely bland..last time I'm ordering from here....
