The Hahei plan is the latest edition to our Coastal Collection.
This compact, modern design is full of features you would only expect to find in a much larger home. The kitchen is the hub of the home and flows into an open pland dining/living space. This large living area comes complete with two sliding doors to create the ideal indoor outdoor flow.
The master bedroom has its own ensuite and two other bedrooms cleverly share a separate bathroom. Perfect entertaining home to have by the beach or in the country.

β β β β β We have completed two new Builds with KHH. Both of these projects had special problems of site placement.Barry Walker and his team very ably came up with workable, creative solutions.
I have found the team currently at the Drury branch to be very helpful and approachable.
I also appreciate the KHH guarantee to the customer that they will complete the build.
I heartily recommend KHH.

β β β β β As a business KiwiRail wanted to obtain a prefabricated building approx. 150m2 whereas the existing small portacom that was to be replaced was to remain in service up until the last moment with the new building to be operational within three weeks of the portacom being removed.
We choose Keith Hay Homes on the back of builderβs recommendations and some price comparisons and began dealing with Dave Bos whom helped with every aspect and detail. Dave on our behalf dealt with two building consents (yard & site) and met a tight build time frame. His assistance and knowledge made this entire planning and build run smoothly and seamlessly.
The actual build process at the Keith Hay Wiri yard was managed by Len Adendorff whose attention to detail and project management skills was fantastic right from the start in the yard to the onsite finishing detail. Len paid specific attention to KiwiRailβs site induction requirements and coordinated all aspects of the delivery and on-site completion works.
Both Dave and Len were incredible during the entire planning and build process and the actual outcome was a fantastic result in which I would fully recommend to others looking for a prefabricated building.

β β β β β Just had a small unit put on our land. A couple of new additions to their team this year have made a great difference from the customer point of view. After a slow start things progressed very well. Len and Caroline were great to deal with through the building process. Good communications, no complaints.
