โ โ โ โ โ Paid for a service and new brakes. 3 months later. My car service light is on and brakes are scraping AGAIN. Took my car to AA, oil is black and brakes need replacing!

โ โ โ โ โ The owner Nawid is rude, arrogant and lacks the confidence of speaking to a woman. And not capable of understanding. Such rudeness when speaking to a woman maybe acceptable in his culture and understand English is not his language but at least give your customers a chance to speak! I wouldn't trust the shop to carry out any further repairs as they misdiagnosed an issue that cost me a lot of money and carried out unauthorised work on my vehicle without my consent.
Also they don't issue a proper invoice so the business seems dodgy.

โ โ โ โ โ Got 4 second hand tyres they put them on my truck I went up north to see my freinds my truck would not go past 100 km it shook very bad I took it back on my return was told to come down at 2 pm he did not do much until 3.30 he told me I had buckled rims and I should take to a mag repair shop he told me he balanced them and they were fine .my truck was no better I took it to a mag repair shop he noted all tyre pressures were wrong 45 psi to 57psi they should of been 40 psi and my mags are not bent they were 20 grams out of balance so my thoughts are don't go there they are ripping you off .

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service and bad work. A few months ago I gave my car for WOF took two days to finish, absolutely zero communication, no response to calls and no proper invoicing. Drove the car for two days and started giving problems so took it back to get it checked. Had an issue found, when asked why this wasn't picked up during WOF inspection they said "got missed".
Any way gave them another chance with another car of mine recently....had to fix the lock on a door. Purchased a part from them and after installation still did not work. They checked it and said that was the wrong part and needed a different part. They went ahead and replaced the door handle with a colour that did not match the interiors. They did not even both checking with us first just simply installed it and we only found out after the payment was taken.
Stay away from this place!!! Their work is extremely shabby and poor.

โ โ โ โ โ Stay away from this place. The quality of work is appalling. I have only used them twice. The first time had issues with my car after the WOF was completed. Took it back and basically was not given any justification about why the issue was missed. Checked with another mechanic who said the issue should have been picked during WOF.
Gave them another chance and took a separate car for repair. After making the payment realised the issue still exist. $250 out of pocket later was told they needed another part as the fault was not in the part that was replaced.
Also, spoke to the owner I believe who just would speak to my husband. If I asked him a question would speak to my husband as if he wasn't comfortable speaking to a woman. Absolutely appalling.
Avoid at all cost

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!! Very overpriced! I ended up with a huge bill and my car still wasnโt fixed. When I asked the owner to sort the issue he had no explanation and was extremely rudeโฆ not to mention it took them 2 weeks to do nothing. Greedy amateurs, so many better mechanics only a 5 min drive away from these guys. Donโt give them your business. Save yourself the money and time.
