โ โ โ โ โ Modern housing in great location. Walk on the beach and swim in the sea for ever to the end. Site of old caravan park that has gone the way of many affordable pleasures.

โ โ โ โ โ If there's one place you want to end up living, it's at Kensington Park. I came up for a social function were the friends and neighbours get together. We were playing pentanque / bowls, while an orchestra played on the lawns and waiters mixed cocktails. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday afternoon, I'm heading back up for the Summer Soiree, so hopefully will grab some more photos. Well worth a visit!

โ โ โ โ โ A wonderfully quiet 'retirement' village at the North end of Orewa. Apartments are above average price to accommodate the maintained gardens and shared facilities. A pool, club room and number of walkways to gardens and lakes. The Cap Cod styling and muted teal tones are soothing to the eye too. A cool place for a morning half marathon to pass through too :)

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely Spot and great environment. But Buyer beware, they charge a percentage fee on the sale price when you sell. Either leaving or moving to another apartment within the complex (as my elderly parents found out).
