Please read the reviews from what their old studio used to be called. It might now be under kess but it was called 7 star hair salon and has the same people cutting hair. You will get an uneven cut or something you didn't even ask for at rates that shouldn't be applied.

I feel bad about having to post such a negative review, but I had a truly horrifically bad experience. I bought a voucher deal for both myself and my mother to have an hour long massage with a half hour facial. The place was grimy looking. Possibly unsanitary. The “massage room” was like thin walls slapped up in a corner of the open salon room. They were blasting dance music which I could easily hear during my “relaxation massage” - including when the music skipped for legitimately a full minute. The masseuse was an older woman who seemed entirely without formal training. I was told to strip down to my bra and underwear and wait on the table, but doors were left open to the salon and the back room area. I waited to clarify and finally closed the doors myself. She was sniffly/snorting phlegm and coughing throughout my massage and facial, and wore her mask under her chin. I genuinely worried when I left that I might have been exposed. They did not check our vaccine passes for that matter, although they did have a QR code. Again the massage was truly bad. Worse than amateur massages I have had from my friends and partners. I can’t really explain how disappointing it was, except that I battled internally the whole time with whether I ought to ask to cut it short and just leave. That thought is completely unlike me - as is posting such a negative, but honest review. My mother’s massage was right before mine so I didn’t have a chance to speak to her until after it was all over, and she agreed that it was a terrible excuse for a massage. The masseuse’s cellphone was buzzing constantly and she took two calls. One during my massage - where she kept one hand mostly vaguely running across my calf and then stopped moving for a while. The other call she took during my facial. Again, the service stopped during her call. She did apologise that time. I can also say that the facial massage itself was the only thing that felt nice. Just before my massage I asked to use their bathroom. The toilets reeked and there was a gross bucket of liquid and debris in the small toilet stall. As a final complaint, she got a quite a lot of facial junk in my eye which burned heaps and continued to be an issue for me for hours later as I repeatedly tried to flush my eye. She did notice getting the stuff in my eyes and tried to rub it with a course towel, but mostly just pushed more product into my eye. My mom had really similar complaints about her experience. Her facial was done by someone else and she reported that it was a nice experience although she broke out a lot for days after the facial, when normally her skin is clear.

Excellent and friendly service, good quality treatment in a really good discounted price. Education was given on how to maintain healthy hair. Really goes extra mile to help and keep customers happy.

So I got a hair colour & haircut from them. WORST HAIR CUT EVER! The colour was ok. But when I asked her to cut my hair to the length I wanted, she was like saying all this stuff why I shouldnt but I kept telling her to cut shorter, cos HELLO IM PAYING FOR IT. She ended up cutting it, one straight line & that was it. No touch up, nothing. And it was so uneven. I had to come home and cut it again. $600+. Don’t waste your time coming here.
