★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pies are the best keto versions I've had. I've been twice hoping the service wasn't a one off, but if it wasn't for the young girl who was nice to me, I wouldn't go back, maybe the owner was having bad days when I've been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to lose my lockdown weight gains by starting keto diet. I've ordered their weekly meal deal for the first time and so far so good! Their portions are big that I eat half of the meal for lunch and half for dinner as it's very filling and taste good too! I've ordered the plus 5 slices to and had a bite of each slices which are all so good! Highly recommended! I'm sure this will help me stay on track. Will be ordering meals from now on. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place changed my life - the pizza and cream-filled donuts are amazing and reasonably priced! Some of the best cafe food, never mind the BEST keto food, I have had in Auckland! 10/10 would recommend the curry chicken pizza as well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any excuse I get I'm straight up the motorway from Auckland to Orewa, unbelievable food, generous portion sizes and endlessly changing selections of deliciousness, this is the way Keto should be everywhere. You folks are a national Keto treasure! I'm yours for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food here. Dee has so many delicious options it is sometimes hard what to choose. It is also great that she has meal deals for those who are time poor in the cooking department. Highly recommend this Café.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely slice of bacon pizza, was enough for 2 meals. Ordered weekly supply of meals to see what they're like. Picked them up this morning, was very tempted to buy something sweet from the tempting looking treats in the cabinate. Bought a Keto coffee instead, bit too creamy for me though.
Much more friendly today, which was lovely. I can see they all work very, very hard to make all this lovely food, so will deffinately be back and also tell my friends and family about them.
