β β β β β I arranged to meet with Kevin at my home a day in advance to tune my piano & after 20 minutes of waiting I phoned to see where he was at. He answered, slightly slurry, & told me to call someone else & when I asked if he could pass on this particular recommended persons details he said no & hung up. He seemed as though he had been drinking. Not stoked that he wasted my time when if he wasnβt interested he could have just said no & I could have arranged for someone else. Itβs Friday evening before a long weekend, now Iβll have to wait to sort it next week. Very unprofessional. Very annoying

β β β β β I just called this guy up as I wanted my piano tuning. (Keep in mind I have been playing for 20 plus years) and he said no I donβt want to do business with you because of the tone of your voice. Very rude and very unprofessional.
