★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally very straight forward, as I've been going there for many years,however this time both washing machines $2 wash had a problem. Had loaded clothes, locked doors, then inserted 2 x $1 in ea. 1st machine drop into the slot (minus the process , but came up with enquire service !!!?). 2nd machine didnt hear the coins drop nor the process. So rung 2 different Kevin's laundromat numbers....NO answer. After a while thought I will do what I've seen a lotve peeps do....hit the machine by the slot and wallah...they lit up up!!!!!!..I wasted precious time (3/4hr).....So fingers? it dosent happen again. ..There are 4 other laundromats all in the Hunters Corner area... and everyone have their regular choice...Me, well like I said I've been going to this one for many years..unfortunately the Kevins Papatoetoe hasnt a phone number...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with this laundromat at all, went around 8.10pm Friday night dropped off my washing to dry for 30mins and left to do my shopping at Kmart however came back to the laundromat around 8-35pm to pick up my washing and it’s closed - when closing time is 10:30pm daily?? And the person who locked the door didn’t even see my washing there ?? Waited in front for at least 30mins as the washing was my sons rugby uniform to be use early morning Saturday. Tried searching everywhere for a contact number and there was literally nothing. How are we supposed to call the owner of this laundromat if something urgent comes up ? Well I hope this laundromat opens early tomorrow morning as I really wanted to get my sons uniform for his rugby game!
