★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bucket of chicken thru click & collect. Arrived exactly for the pick up time but have to wait till staff finished serving other walk in customers before they passed my bucket of chicken. As for the chicken, it's not enjoyable at all as you can barely taste the spice and each pieces were dry! KFC NZ has to up their game level as they are NO consistency in each franchise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER, NEVER, EVER will we purchase from KFC Establishment in Hawera again!!!!. Here is why:
*The chicken tasted dry, old and reheated.
*The SUPPOSEDLY coating of the chicken was extremely soggy and drenched in oil.
*The taste of the coating was disgusting.
*The smell of the chicken tasted oily, unfiltered and unclean.
* The look of the coating looked more like saggy skin than what KFC should look and really taste
*And never on time when you are having to wait another half an hour when you have hungry mouths to feed!!.
There are more NEGATIVES than positives from this Place and should be seriously monitored, assessed, and properly managed if KFC wants to promote great food presentations, food preparations, food promptness, and overall CUSTOMER satisfactory experiences. If you don't like criticism KFC do something about this or SHUT YOUR DOORS FOR GOOD!!!.

Was our favorite KFC store until last week. Very disappointed with our order first time ever! Chicken pieces were quite small in size tasted old and very greasy/chips were so bland and tasteless, normally really nice and tasty/bread rolls tasted so horrible as if there was too much baking soda or something. Will not be coming back there unless some improvements are made

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed with the drive thru efficiency. The queue was out to the road and I was at the ordering speaker within good time, so good job to that. I am a fan of the Zinger Stacker burger, it is a burger with 2 fillets of chicken with cheese and yummy spicy sauces which is great for dinner, but for lunch is a bit big, and it would be nice to have a smaller option in this range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with this KFC in Hawera, the place was clean, tidy and quick service. The service is friendly and efficient and the food is great, fresh and very tasty. We don't often eat KFC or fast food but do enjoy KFC as we like the yummy taste of their uniqueness and spices, the leftovers were also really nice reheated the next day. They got very busy just after we had been served and had sat down for our meal on the premises, both the drive through and in the restaurant, but they staff remained fast and efficient with their busyness, well worth the stop for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to have food ever time from. Some times they don’t have hash brown some time anything else. This time they don’t have lettuce and onion and the hash brown also taste like have been frayed 2 hours ago. So every time I buy vege burger they have something missing in burger. It’s too lack of customer service. We are vegetarian, so don’t have option but now it’s like enough. We will never go to KFC hawera. I am just writing because so that management now about it and improve the service. Thank you
