I was gonna give one star, but I will give two only because the staff was super smiley and friendly.
But! The food was awful.
My fries weren’t cooked well and didn’t have nearly enough salt to compensate for that.
The potato fritters were horrible tasting and again, poorly cooked.
Portion were overall small and prices high when compared to other similar takeaways in NZ.
Really disappointed here...I would definitely would choose any other place over this place.

Getting the lemon fish takes me back to my childhood when going to town on a Friday night for late night shopping and taking home shark'n'taties for tea, Kim is the happiest looking guy I've ever met so much so that we've nicknamed the shop smileys. Friday and Saturday nights are very busy so phone in your order. There's not just takeaways, they also sell raw and some frozen seafood. So if you're passing through stop in for something, we haven't been disappointed
