They sorted out an obscure lock on the toilet hatch of my camper, they advised me on how to extract the lock on my ranch slider [and lent me the tool for it.] They give you the help you need so that you can bring the proplem to them and avoid a call-out, Very cost effective and friendly. And while you are waiting, you can check out the fancy hunting gear and daydream about being more like a Kiwi lad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant! I needed an obscure part to fix one of our door locks -- otherwise I would have to replace the entire lock mechanism. King & Henry had a used part in the back of the store -- in as-new condition. Two minutes and $2 later and it was mine!
