★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never buy from the online department EVER AGAIN! Don’t even deserve the one star rating. Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a wall oven on the 24th of November heard nothing from them till I rang 3 weeks later only to be told the oven was on back order till February! Then I get a text message 3 days later from fliway that it will be delivered on the 31st of December. Oven turned up completely smashed rang to get a new one delivered got told the new shipment wouldn’t arrive till 14th jan asked to called as soon as they were in no one rang me. I rang them a few days later to ask what the hold up was was told they would ring me back NO ONE RANG ME BACK! I finally went into the Hamilton branch and picked up an oven from the store had to pay again so rang online team back for a refund on the 24th of January and I’m still waiting for my refund. I rang Monday 7th feb promised another call back and what do you know no one rang me back!! Its honestly like they don’t know how to use a phone! Now I have been asked to wait another week to get my money back because they were waiting for confirmation from courier that the oven was smashed. Absolutely appalling communication from this company useless service and would never recommend to anyone.
