β β β β β I saw their slippers advertised online, they looked fab but I had never heard of them before. Actually no one else I know had heard of them either. The slippers looked great so I placed an order. After 5 days I hadnβt heard anything so I called, my call was picked up quickly and I was told they would be with me within 2 days. After a week I followed up again, this time my calls were not picked up, my voice messages were not answered and my emails failed to get a response. After calling various other numbers and emails liked to their company profile I was told that it should be at the warehouse and they would call back the next day. Needless to say that never happened, here we are 4 weeks later - no calls, emails, no response to Facebook message nothing. I am shocked that this is a genuine commercial business as it very much feels like Iβm dealing with a small crafter working out their garage. To be honest if the first person or even second had been honest about the time frame I would likely to have understood. This is possibly the absolute worst level of customer service I have ever received from a New Zealand based company. I couldnβt possibly provide any feedback on the quality of their product but the 1 star is for the shockingly poor service.
