* Misinformation: gave me the wrong information several times
* Stealth charging: the price they quote does not include GST making it more expensive
* Overcharging: they billed me for a connection that had been cancelled and was no longer in service
When I mentioned the overcharging, they would not even refund the money even after admitting it was their mistake. Beyond terrible service.
I just switched to a better and cheaper provider - much happier.

We contacted KiwiVOIP about setting up a 3CX PABX system and within a day of us giving them the go-ahead to transfer the phones they had us up and running. They made the job of transferring the phone and setting up the new phone system easy.
