★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiwiz Comfort is run by fraudulent inexperienced cowboys who do not follow through on what they say they will do. We had a heat pump and Rangehood installed in our home by 2 guys who damaged our property, left holes in our ceiling and sealant drips on our walls. Our work has not been provided with a code of Compliance and after 6 months of trying to contact them, we still consistently get hung up on and our calls avoided. We have recently engaged lawyers and formed a group of affected home owners and have started legal action along with a formal complaint to the commerce commission. DO NOT USE.

him, offered a very competitive quotation and also gave me some good advice about moisture and dampness in the house. Once we decided the date for installation, Installation guys came in and completed the job even faster.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t turn up for installing appointment because they had a problem with the client before me which meant they took up my appointment time as well. So they decided to miss me and start on the appointment booked in after me. That was last week and everytime i ring they say they will ring back but don’t. What can i do now. Told they would not put me down on the bottom of the list. It will be summer time and i want insulation for winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely duo that came in to install a kitchen range hood for me in Nov/Dec 2020 If I remember date correctly.
They came on time, were very respectful and culturally competent! For a Polynesian household, they were aware of little things that stood out to me- apologising for having to keep their shoes on for safety reasons, and mindful of the rooms they were in when checking for the air vents. Always asked permission when they needed to check a room. Beautiful manners and they kept all their work quick and efficient, cleaned up afterwards and talked me through what they installed! Absolutely impeccable work and very impressed with the workers! It’s a shame I missed writing their names down but the two workers should definitely be recognised for their very culturally responsive work and lovely attitudes. Fantastic work Comfort Energy Solutions!

These guys are all hard working and very reliable also their pricing is competitive.I would recommend Kiwiz comfort energy to everyone. Keep up the good work.
