★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the weekend in taumarunui I attended the level one romiromi wananga with raylene and her tane wiremu.
I not only walk away with tools and knowledge but with a clear mind of what path I want to take. What is my passion. It is to help others, I am currently on my spiritual journey and didn't feel a sense of belonging with what I was currently doing, but after this weekend I have clarity and answers. I'm a big believer on everything happens for a reason, and I was definitely where I needed to be. I learnt so much and am blessed to have had this opportunity.
I got to be apart of and witness a romiromi by raylene and it was truly an experience. She is amazing at what she does and I'm looking forward to a level 2 in the future.

We were given all the information that was needed about our mirimiri what she was going to do and how. It was the first time for both us....but at the end we were so relaxed an greatful for her magical hands. Thank you Raylene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my second session with Koru Body Soul Mirimiri Romiromi Maori Healers today, my last one was mid last year.
I got to experience an amazing full body deep tissue Mirimiri/romiromi ?
My shoulders and neck have been locked up for weeks, and I've had ongoing trouble with my knee since my accident and surgeries.
My sleeping pattern is so bad, most nights only getting 4 hours of sleep because I toss and turn all night.
When we started Ray already knew where my pain was, my lower back, hips, and top half of my body, at this point we hadn't even talked much at all, we were just sitting and chatting lol
During my session I could feel everything starting to loosen up and I felt so relaxed and calm.
Throughout Ray is talking to me about the pains and why they sit where they do, and how our bodies hold things in there, and how it needs to be released,.
Oh boy did it feel like all those things were being released.
When I finished I felt so light and refreshed, I felt like I was falling asleep on the table ❤
It's been a few hours, and as the day goes by I feel more bones clicking here and there, my body feels like it is correcting itself slowly.
If you have the opportunity to book in with Raylene, I 100% encourage you to give it a go!!!
This is not only a massage it's a full wairua, tinana, hinengaro experience.
I'm already looking forward to my next session, learning to look after myself has been hard, I always put others needs before my own, but this old body was feeling pretty tired!! So this will become the new norm ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raelene is amazing she took her time to explain how everything would go, the atmosphere was calming and neutral by the time we had our korero I was ready get on that table.
By the time I was finished my tinana, hinengaro and wairua was so much lighter. The Focus spray was next level primo.
I was so hungry afterwards and a little tired. I did have some tenders spots on my body but Raelene reassured me this was normal and to work through it which I did, I am feeling way more better now than before.
I am so looking forward for the next time Raelene comes back.
I highly recommend giving this a go.

explained what would happen during the
appointment to put me at ease as I was a bit
nervous. She easily gained my trust with her
calming and beautiful spirit. During my
appointment I did feel an amazing release
and some pain lol.
But I left feeling great!
The next day I felt amazing and my body had
less tension and pain and I felt really
energised. I highly recommend this to
anyone!
Can't wait for my next session with Raylene!!
