★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give Kruzin Kustoms 0 stars. I have never in my life met someone more arrogant and entitled than the owner of this place. I am extremely dissapointed in the quality of service and level of expertise I experienced here. Nothing about this place is professional, nothing about this place is nice. I would never reccomend Kruzin Kustoms to anyone. The owner is a liar and I am very let down by my experience here. To be over-charged $2500 plus on the original quote for less work to be completed is ridiculous enough, let alone returning my vehicle in worse condition than I took it in and then not letting me collect my vehicle until a week after I had paid for it because the owner couldn't be bothered moving another vehicle to let mine out. I drove my truck into the workshop and I had to hire a car trailer to bring it back home again. Kruzin Kustoms broke my ignition and failed to tell me they broke my ignition. Kruzin Kustoms put photos of my truck on their Facebook page without my permission. I took my truck in there with the doors on, Kruzin Kustoms returned my truck with the doors in the tray. There is no pride in the work place happening here. Kruzin Kustoms are a very money motivated company who do not care about their customers. Do not take your vehicles here. I wish I was isolated in my experience with Kruzin Kustoms but after sharing my experience many others have come forward with their own stories to support my claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw two of the cars kruzin Kustoms built at crc speedshow and WOW they were amazing the petrol head parts prices seem very fair. I have ordered parts from here many times and usually always turn up the next day. Follow their Facebook page to see the build progress and am always amazed with the quality of work I see coming out of this shop. I had a friend get a heidts front end installed into his truck and he commented how easy they were to deal with and how good the truck handles the tig welding on his front end looks perfect and is very hard to fault. Reading some of the reviews of this business I do not think is a fair representation by the looks of it they all have their tail up about something and there is the same last name popping up often. I give this business a true 5 STAR rating KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been on a Kruzin Kustoms Tour and was one of the BEST holidays i have every had. The Work in the shop is top quality and is 2nd to none. always walk out of the shop finding everyone very friendly and helpful

Witnessed him be very rude to an employee at a petrol station when the cashier was occupied with another customer. Very impatient, to be fair I expect nothing more from someone who has a rats tail in 2021.
