β β β β β My partner and I have at least one curry a week, we have lived in Birkenhead for almost 2 years and have tried every curry place in the area, there are a lot - KS is by faaaaaaaaaar the best! Perfect naan, and the most tastiest curries, we get sad when we feel like a curry on a Monday and itβs not open. We just had KS for the first time since covid and I cant fault it, it was soooo good so had to write this review :)

β β β β β Oh yeah. We like our curries and this little takeout place doesnβt disappoint at all. The pumpkin curry is amazing. Everything we ordered was great, slow cooked meats and great taste.

β β β β β There are roughly 2342 Indian places within a 3km radius of Birkenhead. I've meticulously catalogued them all and at the end of my journey I can report this is the best one. The fenugreek curry (nee methi malai) is amazing. If you for some reason feel guilty or embarrassed ordering butter chicken, this is more delicious, but with the added bonus of making you look very interesting and refined. The lamb korma is incredible. The garlic cheese naan and chicken tikka are excellent. Can also recommend the palak paneer if you're looking for something a little more authentic, and maybe less radioactive than what you'd get from some places.

β β β β β On 14 th February, i had ordered a biglist of foods as a surprise for my Valentine from their uber eats service. Paid $129.
Rotis were missing, naan missing...
The Lamb biryani I ordered looked terrible.. smelling and sticky rice and the taste was as if some one who is new to cooking has cooked this.
The chicken lollipop was sooo sweet. And felt as if it had been dipped in tomato ketchup and served.
Goat curry was very very basic.. bland..
FIsh Pakora was as if that litterally dipped fish in plain gram flour and made it.. no flavour at all...
Was really embarrassed by all these things missing items, bad quality, bad taste...It was a treat for my Valentine ... horrible treat ever...
Just a request when u sell tems to someome please taste them first .. if you feel its good and bearable then only sell it..
I wasted $129 for this expensive tasteless food .

β β β β β Food here is SO delicious ? My order was slower than expected, but they gave me free papadums and apologized kindly. Generous amount of fish and the portions were so big I made it into two meals! Definitely recommend for tasty and value-for-money takeaways ??
