About KS FENCE & DECK
KS Fence & Deck are family owned and operated. Sean completes the building work along with their team of experienced builders. Karena (that’s where the K comes from in KS) handles the invoicing, general enquiries, quotes and marketing. And their two boys Cooper & Jack… well, they mainly sleep and eat!
The business started from Sean's love of building, being outside and creating something new. For him, being able to transform someone's outdoor living space is incredible! Karena sold real estate in Auckland for 10 years and has experience renovating multiple properties.
Once Sean & Karena got together they knew they had to combine their passion and skills to start KS Fence & Deck!

They handled the whole project with ease from helping us to choose the right style of fencing, to demolition and removal of the old fence, to completing the new fence and gate. Excellent advice and communication throughout the entire project - would certainly recommend :)

We are extremely happy with the results; it has transformed a large concrete section into an area where we can sit and relax. Dave and Dave who were the builders were awesome to work with and took great care in their work. Have already recommended KS decks and fences to some friends.
