Shape of my decking area was odd (approx 7m x 3m x 7m x 6m) and needed a custom fit. Jason (sales rep) was very informative, he's not your typical saleperson but he is someone will tell you how it is yet extreamly helpfull, polite and comes up with ideas in most complex and challenging situation.
Their install team is equally awesome! Friendly, accomodating, precise and quality of workmanship is second to non if not, superior!
Highly recommended.....
