★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful park. Love the upgrades and the playground, flying fox area and beach access are amazing. It could use a few more picnic tables but it's still under development so let's hope they do it. This is now my 2nd favorite park in Tauranga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great wide walkways suitable for elderly using mobility walker. Good parking. New young children's playground near toilets and public barbecues. Good seating. Plenty of shady trees and open grassed areas. Easy access to harbour beach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little location, view of The Mount, restrooms, bbq locations, playground, climable trees and lots of room to run around.
Only drawbacks were relatively small carpark and the frieght train from the port which comes past every hour - the line is right next to the park.
