About La Cave - Your European shop
La Cave specialises in European, but primarily French, imported high quality gourmet products, exclusive wines and other beverages as well as table and wine accessories.
The shop opened in 2004 to offer gourmet products to our local Waikato community and 12 years down the track we moved online in order to share our products with everyone around New Zealand.
Buy all your groceries online including pantry staples, unique food products and treats.
We prepare gift baskets for customers who would like to treat corporate clients or are located overseas and wanting to send a gift to their family and friends here in New Zealand. Do not hesitate to contact us to create something special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice European specialties and yummy freshly baked bread. They were even better when they still sold specialty liqueur, which they had to give up on. The selection of cheeses is great and so are the cured meats! They often have specials on stuff that is past its best-before date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great French products at good prices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh baguette and the cheeses, and real mustard at an imbattable price. Next time I'll try some wines. If only the shopkeeper would have spoken french (even just a couple of words), I would have given a perfect score.
